Northwest Snow Ghosts are always looking for ways to improve and better serve our community. Your feedback is important to us—if we don't know about an issue or concern, we can't address it.

Please use this form to submit any feedback, questions, concerns, complaints, or suggestions. While emails can sometimes be overlooked or lost, this form helps us track, organize, and document submissions so they can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

All submissions will be reviewed by the appropriate staff member responsible for the area related to your feedback throughout the season. In addition, all feedback received will be reviewed monthly with the Board of Directors to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
