Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

TRY HOCKEY FOR FREE

This is a free event.

TRAVEL HOCKEY

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

House (Local) Hockey

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

Learn to Play

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Girls Fall into Hockey

No Refunds.

Fall 3v3

No refunds.

HS & 14U Pre-Season

No Refunds.

2026-2027 TOURNAMENTS

Requests to withdraw from a tournament will be made in writing to NMYHA's Executive Director. 60 Days before the date of the Tournament, fees will be refunded. 45 Days before the date of the Tournament, fees will be refunded to the registrant less an administration fee of 25% of the tournament fee assessed by NMYHA. 30 or fewer days before the date of the Tournament, fees will be refunded to the registrant less an administration fee of 50% of the tournament fee assessed by NMYHA. 14 or fewer days before the date of the tournament, 100% of the Tournament fees will be forfeited by the registrant.

CHECKING CLINIC

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
